You have two big decisions to make. 1 - What kind of a coffee store you want to run, and 2 - What will the menu and inventory consist of. Where you go will also effect the store type, so I have place locations under what kind of a store you want. But there is another section on where to go that gets into more detail if you desire it. Some folks pick a location and then design the store to fit it. Others decide what they want to open and then find a place to do it. Depends on how you want to approach things. I prefer deciding the what and then finding a place. I knew that I wanted a gift, basket, bean and drink store. So I picked a mall and worked for months getting a mall site.
